For my M350 Media Practicum Module, we were given a chance to collaborate with CNA Lifestyle to write a profile covering an individual with a passion project.
With a team of 3, we set out to film a sit-down interview with Dazale Choy, 26-year old small business owner of Endangered Cosmetics, a business that creates eyeshadow palettes to save the animals.
This story was later picked up as one of the winning pieces within our course by CNA, and has been uploaded on their website! Click the button below to check it out!

My Strange Addiction to Foodpanda Delivery
As an assignment for my Feature Writing Module, we were tasked to write an article about the effects of the rise in delivery services during the Pandemic. While a common angle would have been how it has given many the opportunities of finding flexible jobs as delivery riders, I discovered this unconventional story of how someone grew addicted to ordering from food delivery applications through the pandemic.
It wasn't just any normal addiction, but one that caused her to gain weight excessively & rapidly, and have an eating disorder. Interviewing her together with her parents, this story shows the negative impacts of having a rise of accessibility to delivery services, and the consequences it can bring.
I was the writer & interviewer for this assignment, and scored an A, along with a distinction for this module. Click here to read the article!
